What you agree to when you use Zorya, what you get when you buy something, and how refunds work.

Zorya is run by an independent studio based in Ukraine. Using the site means accepting these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
In Ukraine you buy directly from the operator of Zorya — a private entrepreneur (ФОП) registered in Ukraine. We are the seller, payment is taken in hryvnia through our payment provider, and you receive a fiscal receipt as Ukrainian law requires.
In other countries, when purchases open there, they are handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider is the seller on your receipt and on your card statement, and it collects any VAT or sales tax your country charges. Its own terms apply to the payment itself, alongside these.
Our registered legal identity is available on request to anyone who needs it — a regulator, a payment provider, or you.
Zorya draws Tarot cards and writes about them. That is a form of entertainment and a prompt for reflection — nothing more is claimed for it. Cards are drawn at random; readings describe what a card traditionally means, not what will happen to you.
Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it must not be used in place of any of them. If something in your life needs a doctor, a lawyer or a professional of any kind, please go to one.
You need to be at least 16 to use Zorya, and at least 18 to buy anything on it.
An account is one person's. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You can delete your account from Settings whenever you like. Deletion is immediate and permanent: readings, interpretations, settings and any unused Stars go with it. Records of purchases survive, because tax law requires us to keep them, and we disconnect them from you in the process.
Everything sold here is digital and is delivered to your account the moment the payment succeeds.
Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency of your region, and include any tax we are required to charge. The amount on the confirmation screen is the amount taken.
A subscription renews on its own until you cancel it, and cancelling is a single button in the app. Cancel at any point before a renewal and you will not be charged again; cancel after one and the plan simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. We do not send a reminder before each renewal unless the law where you live requires one.
If a payment fails, the plan may pause until it goes through. Your readings and your Star balance stay where they are.
Two rules cover nearly everything: you can have your money back within 14 days for anything you have bought and not used, and once something has been used it has been delivered.
«Used» is not a judgement call. Every Star granted and every Star spent is recorded, so whether a purchase has been drawn against is a matter of record — which is exactly why the window can be a generous one.
One discretionary refund per account. Beyond that we refund only where the law requires it. A refunded purchase is reversed in full at the same time: the Stars come back off the balance, and a refunded plan ends.
Where you live may give you a right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days. Both Ukrainian and EU law let that right end earlier for digital content delivered immediately — if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that using it ends the right. That acknowledgement is the tick-box at checkout, and it is why the rules above can turn on whether you used what you bought. Nothing on this page takes away a right you have by law.
To ask for a refund, write to us from the address on the account and say what you bought and when. Money goes back the way it came, through our payment provider, and usually lands within five to ten business days.
Ordinary use is anything a person does with a website. What we ask you not to do is narrow and, we hope, unsurprising.
An interpretation is generated by an AI service from the cards you drew, the spread you chose, your question if you typed one, and the language you are reading in. It is written fresh each time, so the same cards will not produce the same words twice.
Generated text can be wrong, odd, or simply not very good. Read it as what it is. We do not promise that any particular interpretation will be accurate, useful or meaningful to you, and it remains entertainment rather than advice.
The card artwork, the card texts, the spread designs, the name Zorya and the look of the site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, screenshot and share your own readings; you may not copy the card library or the artwork out of the site for your own product.
What you write stays yours. A question you type and a reading you keep belong to you; we store and process them only to run the service for you, and we delete them when you do.
We would like Zorya to be up all the time and cannot promise it. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, for a failure at a supplier, or for reasons outside our control.
Zorya will keep changing: spreads and decks get added, screens get rebuilt, and something occasionally goes away. If we retire something you paid for, we will either replace it or refund the part you have not used.
You can stop at any time: cancel the plan, or delete the account outright, both from Settings.
We may suspend or close an account that is breaking the fair-use rules above, or that we are legally required to close. Unless the reason is fraud or abuse, we refund the unused part of anything paid for.
Zorya is provided as it is. Because it is entertainment, we are not responsible for decisions taken because of a reading, for anything an interpretation says, or for losses that follow from either.
Where we are responsible for something, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before it happened. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit — including for death, personal injury, or our own fraud — and nothing here affects the rights you have as a consumer.
If these terms change, this page changes with them and the date at the top moves. A change that materially affects you will be announced in the app before it takes effect, and for anything you have already paid for, the terms you agreed to at the time keep applying.
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections your own country's law gives you and can bring a claim in your own courts — this clause does not take that away.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand.
